I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in mental health and well-being. My training includes Clinical Psychology from the USA and Special Education from Bangalore. My core interest lies in Positive Psychology and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL).

I work across diverse settings, including MNCs, schools (national and international curricula), and individual clients. With corporates, I lead sessions on work-life balance, psychological self-care, and parenting. With children and young adults, I address behavioral, academic, and emotional challenges, with a strong focus on SEL. I also conduct workshops for parents and teachers to foster supportive environments for children.
 

In my clinical practice, I assess and diagnose emotional and developmental concerns such as depression, anxiety, learning difficulties, and behavioral issues. As a psychotherapist, I work closely with adults—both as individuals and parents—helping them navigate relationships, parenting, and work-life challenges, and make psychologically informed decisions.
 

My past experience spans international schools in Bangalore and NCR, rural schools with the Azim Premji Foundation, Apollo Hospitals, a children’s psychiatric hospital in the USA, and work with gifted children. I currently consult with schools and MNCs, and supervise their counseling and special education teams.
