In therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behaviour. We (I and the client) use therapies like cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) Rogerian Therapy, use art, play, talking, sharing etc. to overcome the obstacles.

For individuals, who spend 10-12 waking hours at work, a lot is left as low priority and definitely psychological well-being comes the last. By engaging with corporate work-places, it gives employees an opportunity to address their or their child's well-being without losing hours at a hospital or clinic for an appointment.
There are ongoing sessions that meet the requirements of the employees, either as individuals or as parents to equip them with skills to respond to challenges.
